Greenland ICE Expedition 2014
Beyond The Challenge
Belgian polar explorers Dixie Dansercoer and Sam Deltour broke the world record of the longest, non-motorized and unsupported expedition on Antarctica: 5013 km. They managed this feat during their groundbreaking Antarctic ICE Expedition in a previously unexplored part on our planet: East Antarctica. Along with their epic kiting extravaganza, they collected scientific data on the katabatic winds.
